Simple Series- Everyday Look

Hello lovelys!

In these warm summer days, I like minimal products, I usually stick to just mascara, eyeliner so I don't have to worry about touching through out the day, but I still want to look put together when going to run errands or going to social events that are outdoors in the beautiful summer weather.
This would also be beneficial to teens who are beginners and want to look their best, without needing a bunch of products.

Here's the finish product.

Before applying any products, make sure to have a clean and moisturized face, we need a fresh canvas. I know, I look scary, I haven't had a decent night of sleep. This is the perfect opportunity to do this, I also need to conceal so imperfections.

Here's the before, I know, scary right, that's why it's important to get good night sleep and to drink water.

I have a tip for you, if you are like me and have a problem with oily skin, you are never sure if you put too much moisturizer. I wait a few minutes after applying moisturizer, allowing it to sink into the skin, if you feel oiler in certain places, for me it's my T-zone. Blot away with either blotting sheets or toilet paper.

If you have unblemished skin and an even skin tone, then you could probably skip this step, lucky you. ;) But if you're like me and you need a bit of help, then a tinted moisturizer is what you want. You can skip applying a moisturizer if you are applying a tinted moisturizer. I usually concentrate the product in the center of my face, where I am most red and where I have a blemish. I then blend out with my fingers.

My current favorite is the L'Oreal Magic Skin BB cream, but I couldn't find it, so I am using Garnier Skin renew BB cream. I prefer the L'Oreal one in the summer, since it's a bit dryer formula and the Garnier is more moisturizing.

The formula is thicker then the L'Oreal one, so a little bit will go a long way.

Funny Face! O.o

Now blend, you can use a brush, I prefer to use my fingers with BB creams and tinted moisturizers, since they are usually a thicker formula and the heat of my fingers make it easier for the product to sink into my skin.

See, now not so scary, it also looks very lighter, this BB cream is a little on the dewy side, so it has a tendency to reflect more light. I tend to only use this in the colder seasons.

Make sure to bring it down to your neck, I forget sometimes too.

If you are pleased with how your skin looks now you can proceed to your eyes, but if you need to conceal some imperfections, then go for it. I will go more in-depth with concealers in a following post. You can blot a little if you need to, it gets a bit hot in my bathroom, so I am going to.

Now, focusing a little on the eye area. I am not going fill my brows that much, just the areas that less full. I will also dedicate more time for brows in another blog post. Take a brow comb and brush until they are pointing a pleasing direction or at least in the same direction. Take your favorite brow pencil, Fill and shape to your liking and finish with a brow gel.

Why so serious? xD

If you have some discolorations on your eyelids, you can take your finishing or foundation powder with either a fluffy brush or a powder puff and pat it on your eyelids lightly.

It's only a slight difference, but if you need more help, you could add a touch of concealer and it would be a little more concealed. I'm happy with this.

No take your favorite waterproof liquid or pencil, brown, black or if you are feeling brave, a funky color and apply a thin line.

Haha, I smudged eyeliner on my lower lash line.

I like to apply my under eye concealer before I apply mascara, if you don't have dark circles, then you can skip this step, lucky you ;). But if you are like me and you need the extra help, take your favorite concealer and set it with your finishing powder.

My concealer of choice is Garnier's caffeine eye roller.

Now curl your lashes and apply two coats of your favorite mascara.

My mascara of choice is Revlon's 3D photo ready.

Now to finish with lips, you can apply a tinted lip balm, lipstick, lip gloss or just lip balm.

I chose to use Revlon's Lip butter in Sweet Tart. I love adding a pop of color.

This may seem like a lot of steps, but with enough practice, you could do this in 10 minutes. I hope this was helpful, my wish to post more about easy ways to accomplish everyday looks, that are not only simple and quick, but also fun and colorful.
 Love you for reading!

Here's Preview of what's next!
I'm going to talk about eye shadows that you can just apply and have a multi dimension look, without needing 3 different eye shadows.

Simple Series!

Hello Lovelys!
For some time, I have wanted to start a series that would be beneficial for the girl that wants to look more polished and not feel like she has pounds of make up on or run out and buy 20 different products. This series will also revolve using minimal products and mainly using drugstore products, I understand that most of us are on a budget, myself included, so I want this to be aslo beneficial to the girl(or guy, don't think I'm ignoring you) on the budget or if you don't have time to either order or run out the special store to get your high end product,  you can run out to your local drugstore and still look polished for that day, or until you restock on favorite product. There's so many things that I have planned for this series, I'm so stoked to start it.

Preview!
